A business without customers is not going to survive these days. This wasn’t always true. It used to be that you could attract eyeballs, and get paid for consistently showing you could attract a sizable amount of eyeballs when you produced some content where they could people could find it. This was the golden age of the advertising business. But that business model is broken.
